- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and market share across the ASEAN region.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Drive business development initiatives and negotiate high-value deals.
- Act as the primary technical resource for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to technical challenges by collaborating with Engineers.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple countries in the ASEAN region such as Thailand and Indonesia.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- Develop forecasts and budgets in alignment with regional goals.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to share insights and best practices.
- Ensure the company adheres to high standards of corporate governance.
- Represent the company in legal and regulatory forums, ensuring the company’s interests are effectively communicated and protected.
- Ensure that all business operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation plans and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the ASEAN region.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex, multi-country environment.
- Experience in automotive industry (Tier 1 clients)
- English is a must, Japanese is N3 up, or Chinese
