- Study and analyze business models and strategies (covering businesses like dormitories, markets, commercial buildings, apartments, gas stations, and drive-through establishments).
- Oversee pricing analysis, promotional strategies, and marketing efforts.
- Analyze master planning and design in accordance with budget constraints.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, such as the Building Control Act, City Planning Act, Public Health Act, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Land Allocation Act.
- Understanding of business models and new business strategies.
- Prior experience in dormitory and apartment businesses (low-rise buildings not exceeding 8 stories) is a strong advantage.
- Strong background in real estate or retail
