Team: GPS tracking & Fleet Management ('In-Vehicle Information Systems' and 'Diesel Engine ECU')
Number of Subordinate: 10-15 members

Job Description:
1. Cooporate with internal management and head quarter staff for overall of software development quality
2. Organize the establishment and implementation of the company's quality management system, and ensure the effective operation of the quality management system.
3. Actively contribute to quality process improvement, software quality development strategy and roadmap/vision.
4. Supervise and oversee development team by setting target to improve quality work process.
5. Involve in all project planning meetings to understand the scope of work that is accepted by quality team.
6. Regularly conduct internal audits of the quality management system and promptly generate audit reports.
7. Work with project management to monitor/ensure project’s quality status in section to meet organization's target.
8. Support and manage System Testing Team to control product’s quality
9. Prepare and manage budget yearly and quarter and support some parts which related to purchasing within the team which related to quality activities improvement.
10. Analyze and solve any problems in timely manner.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. More than 5 years of experience in project management especially process & quality control of product with experience in software quality assurance, process definition, software audit management & process.
4. Required strong experience in applying many software quality management techniques.
5. Familiar with the software quality metrics, standards, and best practices.
6. If have technical skill related to Web/Embedded development is an advantage.
7. Intermediate level of English (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
NOTE: Work from home policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
