JOB DETAIL

- Create System/Server Preventive Maintenance Plan with collaborate with user & IT Vendor
- Make System & Server Requirement follow company standard quality with security
- Lead & Conduct IT Vendor to implement new server establishment with quality control
- Initiate new idea solutions that can improve existing system & server infrastructure with cost effectiveness.
- Control System/Server Change Management with collaborate with user & vendor
- Manage daily operation and monitor all system & performance, include backup system
- Manage System & Server list to be up-to-date
- Maintain server security (OS Patch update) to be latest by utilize company standard tool (BigFix, Intune)
- Troubleshooting & Investigate in case of incident occur in each system & server with IT vendor & product owner support to recovery system & server incident follow company service level agreement (SLA)
- Manage System & Server Service Maintenance Agreement
- Manage System & Server license (Window Server, Redhat,Oracle, VEEAM, VMWare, etc.)
- Check & Verify System & Server Performance Report, Backup Report
- Check & Verify System & Server Vulnerability Report with collaborate with Global Security Team
- In case found any abnormal, can take action with collaborate with all related party (IT management, user, vendor)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in computer Engineer, Information System, Computer Science or related fields.
-Fluent in English in terms of business communication
-Experience 1-2 years in security operation, security implementation system
-Experience in building and maintaining and operate security systems such antivirus, EDR system
-Familiar with patch management system such as WSUS, BigFix, Intune
-Proven work experience as a System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer
-Detailed technical knowledge of operating system security Window OS based is preferring
-Understand basic web related technologies (Web applications, Webservices, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
-Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
-Experience with or knowledge of operating systems bothwindow server, Unix/Linux server, and server hardware technologies
-Experience in Enterprise backup (VEEAM) and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization technology (VMWare, Nutanix)
-Experience in project management, system integration
-Experience system administrator both window server, Unix at least 1 OS (Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu, etc)
