JOB DETAIL

• Maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
• Organize in-house training for employees on new technologies.
• Provide technical support to employees within the organization and perform necessary tasks to resolve IT-related issues.
• Coordinate with service provider.
• Coordinate with overseas IT team in daily operations, including providing consultation and troubleshooting when an issue arises.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure such as networks, servers, and backup systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Review and enhance data security measures to protect IT systems from cyberattacks.
• Research for new know-how or technologies to develop and maintain the company’s computer system.
• Maintain and manage IT assets.
• Support the IT Manager in managing general IT tasks, including planning, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the organization’s IT systems.
• Assign jobs to other staff and monitor progressive jobs in the IT section to achieve the section’s KPI.
• Assist in planning and executing various IT projects, including tracking progress and evaluating
project outcomes.
• Other jobs assigned by the manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, Thai nationality.
• Age 35–42 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or any IT-related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in IT helpdesk, or IT management, or LAN or WAN operator or
System Administration, or workstation operation including Microsoft O365 Office Suite, e-mail,
local area network and hardware infrastructure or with the installation, configuration, and
maintenance of the Window Networking System.
• 1 year of management experience.
• English is an intermediate level
• Special Skills: Database concept & SQL command, Web Development (HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CMS) -> If have experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of networks, Operating Systems, and server management.
• ERP system concept, especially Sales and Financial modules.
• Fast learner, service-minded, energetic, and enthusiastic, be able to work overtime and/or on holiday to accomplish assignments
