JOB DETAIL
Summary:
-The Senior System Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of the computer systems and networks.
-This role involves designing, implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex systems.
-Senior System Engineers also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain complex systems infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Analyze network data and infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize system performance and security.
• Provide technical support and consultation to end-users.
• Perform system upgrades and migrations to customers.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and solutions.
• Collaborate with network and solutions-sale teams to ensure smooth system implementation and integration of systems.
• Participate in project management activities, such as planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Please note that your experience should be in designing, building, or integrating systems. (Experience limited to system support / maintenance is not a match.)
• Any gender, age between 28-42 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Intermediate level of English.
• Must have Minimum 5 years of experience as an infrastructure network/system engineer in IT field.
• Must have at least 4 - 5 years’ experience in operating systems including UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Must have Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products : M365/O365, ActiveDirectory, EntraID, Intune, etc.
• Must have past or current hands-on experience in implementing, migrating, and managing Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.
• Strong sense of service-mind and customer-oriented.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, GCP, AWS, Azure, ISMS, SMS, CSA-STAR or related would be advantageous.
