■About role
As a Project Management Coordinator, you will support the implementation of our solutions and help ensure smooth project execution, including equipment installation, by working closely with project managers and on-site teams.

■Detail
・Support order, delivery, and inventory-related documentation
・Assist with purchasing and coordination with external vendors and partners
・Manage inventory records and coordinate shipments as needed
・Organize and maintain project-related documents and files
・Update project lists, schedules, and simple trackers
・Provide administrative support and ad-hoc assistance to Project Managers and the Managing Director

*The business is expanding across Thailand and ASEAN, and this role offers the opportunity to support that growth as part of the Thailand-based project management team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・Ever work as Project Manager or Project Coordinator, or related experience
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level (N2-N1)

■Better to have
・Ever work at Following Industry/Project
Construction, Real Estate Development, Energy, HVAC, Factory Automation etc
・Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
