Department: Sales & Marketing
Team of 10 (Junior & Senior Sales)
Report directly to: Managing Director

Job Purpose:
1. Set strategies, sales and marketing policies, plan and manage sales and marketing as a whole to be effective.
2. Drive overall revenue and profit to achieve the goal.
3. Create growth for the organization in the short, medium and long terms.

Job Descriptions:
Sales & Marketing
1. Participate in setting policies, goals and strategies of the organization. to be used as a guideline for operational management
2. Plan budget, manage and control costs & expenses to be within the specified budget and help reduce costs for the organization
3. Plan to allocate the rate of manpower appropriately to prepare for operations in accordance with the direction and needs of the organization.
4. Set policies and goals of sales and marketing to be used as guidelines for management in line with the direction and corporate policies.
5. Plan and determine the process of sales and marketing operations to be a standard for efficient operation.
6. Study and analyze situations, market trends, customer groups, and competitor information to use in sales planning Including defining target customers.
7. Create sales plan, sales promotion guidelines and formulate overall sales and marketing strategies in short, medium, and long terms to be used as operational plans to achieve company's target.
8. Analyze sales estimation and follow up on performance compared to sales forecasts for further planning and sales development.
9. Analyze and distribute sales targets to each department as appropriate to manage the overall success of sales goals.
10. Manage sales of each division and total sales in order to meet the goals and plans.
11. Direct and control activities and the sales process to go smoothly conforming to the directions and policies of the organization effectively.
12. Responsible for contacting and conducting sales in key customers and maintaining a relationship and expanding the new customer base.
13. Supervise and control visits and outgoing meetings with customers to build and maintain good relationships with customers continuously.
14. Explore and analyze the market to develop sales channels and build a new customer base to create growth for the organization.
15. Supervise, control and follow up on delivery of products to customers in order to meet the deadline and terms of the agreement.
16. Supervise, control, coordinate and follow up on customer debt payments as well as consider credit limits to prevent damage and protect the interests of the organization.
17. Supervise, control and coordinate with customers and co-solve the delivery problems to provide customers with the highest satisfaction.
18. Manage sales transactions related to preparation of documents to support the sales work to be effective.
19. Participate in the analysis of selling prices to be appropriate, competitive and create maximum benefits for the organization as a whole.
20. Direct and control marketing work and various sales support activities to publicize the organization and drive revenue.
21. Plan and supervise corporate public relations in communications of the work to build a reputation for the organization to be known and have a good image for customers.
22. Manage customer needs and resolve complaints from customers as well as finding ways to prevent problems to create maximum customer satisfaction.
23. Supervise and control the preparation of summary reports and sales analysis to present to executives and used in sales management planning.
24. Make plans to work with various deprtments involved in order to get the job done efficiently.
25. Support market information to relevant departments and participate in the presentation of improvements and development of new products to increase the competitiveness of the organization.
26. Give advice and be a consultant including solving problems that arise in order to operate efficiently.
27. Study and analyze problems that is arising and present guidelines for improving workflow procedures to increase efficiency including cost reduction.
28. Study, follow new knowledge and new technologies related to products and corporate products to be used as information for sales and marketing management appropriately.





REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering related field from public universities. (Connections Purpose)
3. More than 10 years of experience in selling products related to system work such as electrical systems, plumbing systems, air conditioners, building paints, cement that must be in contact with designers, contractors, construction projects planners.
4. Able to contact and have a business relationship with contractors, designers, etc. (If have connections is an advantage)
5. Able to formulate 'Sales Strategy' for the company as well as 'Sompensation System' and plan 'New Product Launch Strategy'.
6. Intermediate Level of English.
7. Able to work on every other Saturdays.
NOTE: Flexible work hours (able to manage work schedule)
