JOB DETAIL
1.Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in traditional trade channels.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share in local and regional markets.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the traditional trade segment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
2.Team Management and Development:
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives and account managers to meet sales objectives.
- Provide regular training and coaching to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve individual and team results.
3.Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key traditional trade customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and issues, delivering excellent customer service.
4.Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps and optimize sales results.
5.Market Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within traditional trade channels.
- Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to support brand awareness and product visibility in retail outlets.
- Organize and attend trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to drive sales.
6.Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with logistics, finance, and marketing departments to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and the execution of promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5-10 years in Sale Channel Management, specially, in Traditional Hardware
- BA degree and/or strong sales background.
- Has past Sales Experience in Consumer Durable Goods, e.g. Power Tools, Hand Tools or Home appliances.
- Strong understanding of the traditional retail market and distribution channels.
- Adequate English communication. No need to be native speaker but able to communicate basic English.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
