JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for both domestic and overseas sales.
• Responsible for preparing sales documents such as Sales Order, Invoice, documents related to sales, etc.
• Responsible for coordinating with customers from receiving orders until delivering products to customers.
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating within the organization to ensure smooth delivery.
• Responsible for coordinating with forwarders or transport companies such as booking a car, booking a vessel, sending documents, etc.
• Responsible for summarizing and collecting all sales related documents to the accounting department.
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• At lease 0 - 2 years in sales & marketing
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Able to work multi-skills & well manage job duties
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, integrity and honestly
• Can speak Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Good English
• Good computer skills
• Can use company car to visit client
