Position: Business Coordinator
Division: 1) Basic Chemicals
Product: Chlor-Alkali (เคมีประเภทโซดาไฟ ฯลฯ)
Assist Deputy Managing Manager, General Manager, Asst. General Manager and Sales
Report Directly to Deputy Managing Manager, General Manager, Asst. General Manager\

1. Responsible for documentation including L/C negotiation for trading business, logistic and operation process, import & export process, also input the data and understand the proper business/internal rules to achieve department target.
2. Assist Deputy Managing Manager, General Manager, Asst. General Manager and Sales for indent and own business operation.
3. Handle daily document transactions, customs clearance, invoices, shipping documents and services to customers with full scope of documentation.
4. Control and arrange logistic management both inbound and outbound effectively with truck company, warehouse and shipping company.
5. Handle Credit Control effectively to avoid over-credit/past due.
6. Understand the proper business process, internal rules and input data into the system properly and correctly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bechelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience as Sales Coordinator/Senior Sales Coordinator from traidng company (If have work experience for Japanese trading company or have experience working in Chemical indusry is an advantage).
4. Must have knowledge of 'Incoterms', import-export process, logistics process & documentation, inventory
management. (If have knowledge in chemical products is an adavantage)
5. Intermediate Level of English with TOEIC Score.
