JOB DETAIL

- Be responsible for all process of inventory control system and paperwork accuracy.
- Daily count, control, entering stock items in the ERP and allocating them to their respective jobs.
- Ensures accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure and ERP system.
- Make a monthly inventory report, monthly stock take, reconciliation of stock and review the stock movement.
- Handle inventory physical count and investigate difference.
- Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks.
- Manage and maintain the company’s material, tool and stocked product inventory including stock profiled and stock locations.
- Ensure incoming products are received and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
- Provide routine management information and control inventory performance.
- Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

▪ Thai nationality
▪ Male only
▪ Age not over 20 - 23 years old.
▪ Diploma, High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
▪ New graduates must have internship experience in a related field.
▪ Experience 1 – 2 years in purchasing, inventory control, export & import as well as logistic field.
▪ Good command of both spoken and written English.
▪ Have driving license and own car
▪ Residence area Wat-Sriwarinoi, Srisajorrakaeyai, Samutprakarn as required (around Aida office).
▪ Salary range
- Diploma / High Vocational Certificate not over 15,000 THB
- Bachelor’s degree not over 18,000 THB
