JOB DETAIL

• Be responsible for all process of inventory control system and paperwork accuracy
• Daily count, control, entering stock items in the ERP and allocating them to their respective jobs.
• Ensures accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure and ERP system.
• Make a monthly inventory report, monthly stock take, reconciliation of stock and review the stock movement.
• Handle inventory physical count and investigate difference.
• Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks.
• Manage and maintain the company’s material, too and stocked product inventory including stock profiled and stock locations.
• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
• Provide routine management information and controlling on inventory performance.
• Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processed and functions.
• Ensure work orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to each jobs correctly.
• Solve any problems about the inventory stock and ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality
- Male only
- Age not over 22 - 25 years old.
- Diploma, High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- New graduation or Experience 1 – 2 years in in purchasing, inventory control, export & import as well as logistic field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Have driving license and own car
- Residence area Wat-Sriwarinoi, Srisajorrakaeyai, Samutprakarn as required (around Aida office).
- Salary range
- Diploma / High Vocational Certificate not over 15,000 THB
- Bachelor’s degree not over 18,000 THB
