JOB DETAIL

1. Support in project scope management develops and maintains project documentation which
includes creating project business case, project schedule and issue list, establishing
role & responsibility and key tasks/milestones.
2. Analyzing the necessary data of logistics to be use for further improvement process
3. Collaborate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are aligned to
project requirements/scopes, schedules and costs.
4. Build and sustain effective communication with other roles involved in the project.
5. Assist to write business requirements documents for projects/enhancements.
6. Assist team in super user/end user acceptance testing, including executing some test scripts and
overseeing and execution of process training.
7. Manage change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and
budget.
8. Support in pre and post implementation audits.
9. Manage customer satisfaction within the project period.
10. Support to ensure a seamless handover of successfully implemented project to operations team
11. Perform other job related functions as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• A bachelor Degree in a related discipline, entry level are welcome to apply
• 3-5 years operational experience in logistics industry as project Implementation
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule effectively and independently
• Willing to travel (30-50%) depending on project needs
