• Responsible for definition, implementation, and execution of the processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture
• Work very closely with Product Manager, Business Development and stakeholders to define the scope, solution architecture and time frame for each product release
• Responsible to do impact analysis of requirements that make changes to existing products or create new software products
• Lead technical design activities and review the designs to ensure the performance, scalability, maintainability, appropriate re-usability and ensure that solutions follow best practices
• Assist with Project execution to review architecture design during feasibility study and project implementation. IT business architect works to support the vendor selection by providing inputs into overall architectural considerations for the RFP process, validate proposed client solutions, provide inputs in architectural considerations and review client response and advise on scoring criteria. Moreover, IT business architect works to support the identification and integration of a project architecture, including advising on the best solution based on EA principles and/or EA standards with the impact analysis of the project architecture to identify business, information, application and technical architecture impact.
• Maintain EA tool and update information to EA tool to ensure the up-to-date information in the EA Tool
• Provide EA training about EA concepts, EA tool, EA reference architecture to both business and IT
• Ensure the appropriate documentation of the requirements, architecture and knowledge are documented timely
• Deliver documentation in standard format (UML, ER, DFD, etc.) for business and development team
• Provide risk assurance service by means of risk identification, assessment, response, and reporting/monitoring to assure that the technology risks and controls are managed under acceptable level

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Marketing (“selling” the results of architectural approaches through presentations)
• Able to create modeling and graphical representations and abstractions
• Actual experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework
• Management (e.g.: prioritization, trade-off analysis, psychology, etc.)
• At least 5 year-experience in relevant area of application design, architecture and development
• Understanding of software engineering processes and system development life cycle
• Strong experience in agile development and working with multiple squad team
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with other technologists at all levels
• Experience in developing and building models based on The Enterprise architect framework
• Experience in design or develop at least 1 in below list

○ Warehouse management
○ Order management system
