JOB DETAIL

1. IT Infrastructure Management
-Overall operation and management of internal IT infrastructure

2. End-User Support / Device Management
-PC kitting, setup, and device replacement (including Windows/Office updates)
-Handling internal IT inquiries (first-level triage to recovery)
-Setup, operation, and troubleshooting of printers and peripheral devices

3. Server / Account Management
-User and group management using Active Directory
-File server access control management (including permission design and review)

4. Security / Patch Management
-Security patch operation for Windows clients/servers (planning to implementation and verification)
-Operation of EDR / antivirus (alert handling, definition updates)

5. Network Management
-Operation and troubleshooting of internal networks (LAN / Wi-Fi / routers, etc.)

6. Firewall Management
-Firewall operation and updates (pre-check, execution, rollback handling)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor' degree in related field
-Intermediate level of English -Used for internal communication level
-At least 3 years of experience as an in-house SE or IT support
-Experience in PC setup, IT support, and peripheral device handling
-Experience in user/group management with Active Directory
-Experience in file server access control management
-Experience in security patch operation in Windows environments
-Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and operational experience
-Experience in configuration and operation of switches, Wi-Fi, and routers
-Experience in troubleshooting network issues
-Experience in firewall operation and updates (mandatory)
-Experience in EDR or antivirus operation
-Ability to work independently without relying on vendors
-Ability to make practical operational decisions in an overseas environment
-No frequent job changes (e.g., changing jobs every 1.5–2 years regularly)
