■Provide HR Solution to clients with company own SaaS product.
*Solution to commit "Engagement of employee to company"
-Provide research about current employee
-Using SaaS Software, to analyze the data of employee (No need IT Skill for analyze)
-Provide solution to client, how to make the situation better way

■Others
-Report to MD, HQ
-Attend MTG of Thai branch, and also attend ASEAN-wide MTG
-Support conversation between Japanese Sales & client' Thai person in charge (as needed)

*Client will support career development in long term.
Ready to hire new grads.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・Bachelor's degree or above in any field
・Japanese Intermediate level with good JLPT score (N1-N2) or upper level

■Better to have
・Academic background in related field, graduated from Top-Ranked university
・Experience internship program with Japanese Speaking role
