- Solution Design: Architect cost-effective and efficient network solutions (Wired & Wireless) using Extreme Networks products, specifically tailored for Commercial and Mid-Market customers
- Partner Enablement: Empower SI partners by providing technical training, product updates, and guidance on how to sell and position Extreme solutions effectively against competitors
- Integrated Solutions: Demonstrate how Extreme Networks can seamlessly integrate with 3rd party solutions (e.g., Firewalls, NAC, IoT) to create a comprehensive IT package
- Presales Support: Assist partners with BoM creation, TOR specifications, and technical consultation
- Proof of Concept: Conduct light PoCs and demos, focusing on Cloud Management (ExtremeCloud IQ) capabilities and operational simplicity

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in a Presales or Network Engineer role (Experience with SI is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of L2/L3 Networking and Wi-Fi technologies (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7)
- Solution-Oriented: Good understanding of the broader IT ecosystem (Firewall, Server, Virtualization) to propose integrated solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for business owners
- Service-minded with a proactive attitude towards supporting partners
