JOB DETAIL

- Manage team of 20 staffs.
- Responsible for procurement and purchasing of plastic mold/aluminium die cast/sheet metal/machining parts
- Evaluate procurement process and able to handle procurement issues in accordance with rules and regulations (Following internal and external regulations regarding procurement process)
- Maintain relationship with the suppliers.
- Manage carry out from the beginning of purchasing process until parts launch.
- Reduce the cost of power tool products by launching and procuring power tool parts at the lowest cost and in shortest time possible.
- Manage and support the progress of staff work.
- Create and improve the quotation launch process.
- Coordinate with suppliers both domestic and overseas.
- Work with related departments to address quotation and procurement start-up issues.
- Manage a series of procurement projects including cost roll-up of new productions, procurement start-up, changeover procedures and project closure.
- Manage and negotiate suppliers, costs and all related points.
- Contribute to company by initiating and achieving priority goals.

Remark
Probation KPIs Criteria: Must achieve recovery of all procurement and purchasing delayed issues, correct mistakes and team building within 3 months.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- *More than 7 years in procurement/purchase for plastic mold/aluminium die cast/metal sheet/machining parts *from manufacturing company with team management experience.
- If familair with FTA and Inco-terms is a plus.
- *JLPT N2 or higher.
- Intermediate Level of English.
