JOB DETAIL

At the group company of one of the biggest & long-serving Japanese company, they are looking or Import/Export Team Leader.

-Lead and supervise import & export operation team (approx. 4–5 members)
-Manage end-to-end shipment process (mainly export, but also does import)
-Oversee preparation and verification of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, Import/Export Entry, Form D/E, etc.)
-Ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations and international trade laws
-Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and related government authorities
-Monitor shipment schedules and ensure smooth customs clearance
-Handle operational issues, documentation discrepancies, and regulatory matters
-Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and problem resolution
-Control operational accuracy, cost efficiency, and service quality

■Report line: Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in related fields
-Intermediate level of English
-Experience as a Team Leader or Operation Leader
*Team size management experience: approximately 5-6 members
-Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, mainly export
-Strong knowledge of regulations, documentation, and relevant laws are essential
