Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth. This role will focus on developing sales strategies, strengthening relationships with key clients, and driving overall sales performance in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in target industries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 15 years of experience as Sales in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or any related fields.
- Upper Intermediate level in Japanese (need to manage Japanese person).
- Intermediate level in English.
- Need own car to commute to the factory.
