- Supervise and ensure that the quality inspection of all products complies with the company’s quality standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement quality management plans for the Quality Control department.
- Plan and implement cost reduction initiatives within the department or other areas where cost-saving opportunities are identified.
- Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (Internal audit, quality patrol).
- Plan and conduct annual supplier audits.
- Oversee and support external audits such as ISO9001, ISO14001, NSF, CE, UKCA, and customer audits.
- Approve product quality reports before shipment.
- Establish inspection plans, review quality system documentation, and resolve issues identified during audits.
- Plan and organize training programs to develop the competencies of quality control staff.
- Control and maintain quality documents, quality manuals, and all quality records to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented for non-conformities in the quality management system and establish preventive measures.
- Record non-conformities and corrective actions as evidence and manage NCR closure.
- Analyze root causes of operational issues and follow up on improvement and preventive actions.
- Drive and support team initiatives to strengthen problem-solving when quality issues occur.
- Develop plans or activities to increase quality awareness among employees.
- Plan and manage quality-related meetings, including preparation of KICs records and Management Review documentation.
- Review and approve the procurement of tools and control calibration plans for both internal and external processes.
- Continuously conduct QA Network activities.
- Participate in quality meetings with the Japanese QC team to continuously improve factory quality standards.
- Implement Kaizen activities to improve the operations of the Quality Control department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in engineering field with GPA 3.00 or higher.
- More than 10 years of experience as *QC or QA manager from manufacturing company. (Preferably with experience in both QC&QA).
- *At least 3 years in management level.
- *Proven experience of handling ISO audit process.
- *Familiar with manufacturing processes i.e. machining, casting, assembly.
- Intermediate level of English.
