- Support handling and countermeasures for NG (non-conforming) issues
- Manage and coordinate tasks related to FSC, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
- Knowledge and experience in audit processes
- Knowledge of mold (injection/forming) and die-cut processes

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years' Experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of handling non-conforming (NG) products and conducting root cause analysis
- Knowledge and experience with FSC, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience in internal and/or external audit processes
- Understanding of mold (injection/forming) and die-cut production processes
- Good coordination and communication skills
