supporting Company's German branch activities at Thailand Contract Manufacturer
This role requires to interact between the Contract Manufacturer and Company's German branch based Manufacturing Management to ensure volume targets are met while ensuring high product quality status and timely execution of production builds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Contract Manufacturer' manufacturing operations to meet targets
• Liaise between the Contract Manufacturer and Company's German branch based Manufacturing ensuring that issues are detected as early as possible and appropriate solutions are found
• Propose changes to machinery, systems and work methods
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards as required by Company's German branch based Manufacturing
• Monitor & control quality control systems and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards and ensure Contract Manufacturer’s quality is compliant to the Company's German branch based Manufacturing standard
• Efficiently use materials, labour, and equipment; manage budgets and monitor inventory.
• Deliver production reports and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for throughput, cost, and quality
• Lead Field Service Engineers

Core Duties:
• Ensure maximum output of good parts
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, recommending replacements as needed
• Analyse and resolve work-related issues
• Communicate performance metrics and objectives to the team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics
• Fluent in Thai and English, German a plus
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing management and/or Supplier Management positions
• Experience working in fibre-optic transceiver production or similar electronic assembly
• Problem solving, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, coaching, team building, equipment knowledge, budgeting, quality control systems
