JOB DETAIL

- Lead and manage automation projects from concept through completion
- Understand customer design requirements and coordinate closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Conduct feasibility studies and review DFM (Design for Manufacturing) to optimize product manufacturability
- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments to efficiently finalize and lock design specifications
- Develop detailed project plans including cost control, schedule management, resource allocation, and risk assessment
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure on-time project delivery
- Organize material issuance, procurement, assembly, debugging, testing, and shipment after DFM approval
- Plan and supervise production line wiring, prepare wiring plans, and coordinate progress updates with customers
- Oversee automation structure design, including interpretation of 2D/3D drawings and standard parts selection
- Review and understand electrical designs, wiring diagrams, and automation control systems
- Coordinate visual system design selection, including component functions, parameters, and debugging processes
- Support production, on-site debugging, testing, and project closing activities
- Travel domestically and internationally (including training/study in India) as required
- Work on Saturdays when necessary to meet project timelines

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (English major also considered if technically competent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation project management
- Familiar with Six Sigma principles and data analysis methodologies
- Proficient in project documentation and project management tools
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional internal teams
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to handle business trips
- Willing to travel overseas (India) for training/study assignments
- Ready to grow and develop long-term with the company
