JOB DETAIL

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in Thailand and assigned regions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities
- Promote automated wire processing machines and related solutions to manufacturing clients
- Coordinate with headquarters and internal teams regarding technical specifications, pricing, and project requirements
- Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and negotiations with customers
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Business level proficiency in Japanese (at least JLPT N2) and English (both spoken and written)
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, industrial equipment, automation, or related products
- Experience in wire processing, automotive manufacturing, or industrial machinery will be a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Possess own car with valid driving license
- Able to travel domestically
