JOB DETAIL

Accounting Operations;
- Verify supporting documents and process applications, vouchers, and transactions in the accounting system.
- Handle entries related to: - Freight import - Insurance and prepaid expenses - Selling, General & Administrative (SGA) expenses

Fixed Asset Management;
- Maintain and control fixed asset records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Process Improvement;
- Initiate and support improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Company Activities & Projects;
- Participate in assigned company activities, including projects with overseas affiliates.
- Serve as a committee member for internal company events and initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in accounting with GPA 2.50 or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as accounting officer from trading or manufacturing company.
- Candidate with *TOEIC score 700 or higher is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Flexible Work Hours:
Time-In: 7:30 - 09:00 AM.
Time-Out: 4.30 - 6.00 PM.
Flexible Break Schedule (1 Hour): 11.00-12.00, 11.30-12.30, 11.45-12.45, 12.00-13.00
Voluntary Work from Home: 2days/week (can choose any day from Mon. - Fri.)
