JOB DETAIL

This is a Sales position that uses design knowledge as a tool to close sales.

- Present and sell the company’s lighting products to clients and project owners
- Analyze customer needs and select suitable products based on usage and budget
- Prepare sales documents such as lighting layouts, presentations, and supporting materials
- Meet with clients, architects, and contractors to present products and close sales
- Plan sales activities, follow up with clients, generate new leads, and maintain existing accounts
- Prepare quotations, follow up on purchase orders, and coordinate product delivery
- Visit project sites to provide installation advice and resolve on-site issues
- Follow up on payments and prepare sales reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree
- Able to use AutoCAD and Acrobat to read drawings, review documents, and prepare sales-related documents
- Able to communicate in English (Intermediate Level of English)
- Good communication skills, confident in presentations and client discussions
- Able to visit project sites and travel to meet clients
- Designers who would like to transition into a Sales role are welcome
