JOB DETAIL

Collect, interpret, and review cash inflow and outflow data for cash flow planning.

Oversee financial transactions for receipts and payments, both domestic and overseas.

Arrange and manage financial facilities such as bank accounts, bank guarantees, trade finance, and credit lines to support daily operations and future plans.

Control and manage petty cash.

Manage financial risks through insurance and financial instruments (e.g. FX hedging) and maintain records of foreign currency exposure.

Identify appropriate investment opportunities for cash surplus and ensure approvals are in accordance with company policies and authority limits.

Coordinate with other departments to provide required financial data and support.

Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to support executive management.

Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance-related roles

Strong analytical skills

Good negotiation skills and ability to build strong working relationships

Strong commercial and business awareness

Good written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data in depth

Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
