1. Branch Opening Coordination

Plan and monitor branch opening timelines to ensure on-schedule execution.

Coordinate with Construction, Suppliers, HR, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Inspect and ensure branch readiness before the official opening date.

Resolve on-site issues to keep the project on track.

2. Documentation & Budget Control

Prepare and track key documents such as approval forms, purchase orders (PO), contracts, and reimbursement documents.

Monitor and control expenses in line with the approved budget.

Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams for payment processing.

3. Equipment & Asset Management

Prepare equipment and asset lists required for new branches.

Control purchasing, receiving, and distribution of equipment.

Ensure all items are complete and ready prior to store opening.

4. On-site Support

Conduct site visits to monitor branch readiness.

Support store teams during the opening period.

Ensure store setup meets company standards.

5. Project Reporting

Report project progress to the Operations Manager.

Summarize issues and lessons learned after branch opening.

6. Post-Opening Maintenance

Coordinate with local technicians for repair and maintenance work after opening.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Branch Opening, or Store Development.

Experience in Retail, F&B, or Franchise businesses is an advantage.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage budgets and basic financial documentation.

Able to travel upcountry when required.
