JOB DETAIL

・Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store management.
・Manage, train, and supervise store staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring.
・Maintain service quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with company policies.
・Establish and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
・Handle day-to-day operational issues and support staff on the floor.
*During the first three weeks, the candidate will receive on-site training at one of the restaurants in China.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・Intermediate or higher proficiency in English or Japanese.
・At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant manager.
・Basic knife skills required
*hands-on kitchen experience is not mandatory; prior experience using a knife in a food preparation setting is sufficient
・Can work on Saturday/Sunday/National Holidays

■Better to have
・Experience working at a Japanese restaurant.
・Experience at a hamburger restaurant or a restaurant handling meat-based dishes.
・Experience as a store manager during a new store opening.
