1. Sales Strategy & Performance Management

- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, margin goals, and delivery commitments.

- Drive company sales policies, pricing structures, and commercial terms.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing strategic reports to top management.

- Lead negotiations and resolve commercial challenges to secure business success.

2. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, manage, and develop a large-scale sales organization (70+ team members).

- Oversee project sales, general sales operations, and sales support functions.

- Act as Project Manager for major sales projects when assigned.

- Develop KPIs and performance standards to improve productivity and accountability.

3. Budget & Risk Management

- Control departmental expenses within approved budgets.

- Evaluate commercial risks in contracts, pricing, and project acceptance.

- Review and approve key sales documentation and internal processes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with Production, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Understand manufacturing processes, materials, production lead times, and installation schedules to support decision-making.

5. Governance & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

- Serve as part of the management board in driving organizational performance and system improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management.

Strong experience in the furniture industry is highly preferred.

Proven leadership with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Solid understanding of contracts, pricing structures, and manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure.

Capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving performance at an executive level.
