1. Organizational Knowledge Sharing
• Promote knowledge sharing across the organization using IT technologies.
• Example: Train AI models using DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode) documents to develop an internal technical knowledge chatbot.
2. Operational Efficiency Improvement
• Reduce human errors in drawing inspection processes.
• Automate work processes such as:
o Extracting data from PDF reports into Excel using RPA tools.
• Introduce advanced systems including CAE tools, 3D printers, and prototype management systems to improve productivity and operational capability.
3. Playing Manager Role
• Manage and supervise the team while also performing hands-on tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Engineering or AI/Data Science
Required Qualifications (MUST)
• Experience in additional AI model training, including:
o Data cleansing for internal technical documents
o Training
o Validation
o Deployment and operation
• Programming experience with Python.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
o Power BI
o Power Apps
o Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud)
• Experience working as a playing manager.
Preferred Qualifications (BETTER)
• Knowledge and experience in CAE:
o Structural analysis
o Fluid analysis
o Refrigeration cycle analysis
• Experience operating and procuring 3D printers.
• TOEIC score of 860 or higher.
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N1.
