【About job and company】
This is a Product Promotion Officer position at an IT company that provides a well-known no-code business application in Japan.
Your main duty is, to plan, implement, review, and improve initiatives that strengthen or fill gaps in the marketing efforts.

【Job Description】
- You will be cooperating with marketing leader in Japan and business strategy team in Thailand to plan a marketing strategy for Thai market
- You will be planning and directing the production of advertisements and content, and also proof-checking the final product before releasing it to the market
- Defining and analyzing target audiences
- Selecting suitable media/channels based on target audience and message
- Communicating and cooperating with advertising agencies and production vendors
- Analyzing performance and propose/implement improvements
- Cooperating with the PR team including the local PR agencies, to curate media coverage and press release content
- Planning and conducting marketing events (Example: seminars, Webinars, and trade show exhibitions)
- Cooperating with Business Strategy team, and sales teams to ensure the cohesion of the pipeline
- Other tasks assigned by company

※Hybrid work : WFH 3 days per week

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree in any
・Must have Business level of Japanese skill (N2 or N1)
・Must have Business level of English skill
・Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communications
・Strong skills in marketing field（*Target setting, message development, and media planning)
・Must have experience in directing web advertisements
・Must have experience in directing content production（Web pages, Product catalogs, Videos, etc..)
・Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Web Marketing
・Must be able to read HTML codes
・Experience in using Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
・Must have good writing and editing skills
