JOB DETAIL

- Support for Sales Team and Sales manager
- Daily sales activity, receiving call (Response), Reply customer’s email
- Prepare and Issue shipping documents.
- Purchase order, billing document, tax invoice.
- Control delivery and forecast.
- Control loading the products at customer warehouse.
- Prepare documents and sample to customers.
- Contact with overseas suppliers for shipping documents

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Communication skill and computer literacy and knowledge in MS Officer, Internet and E-mail
• Good skill in English (Email communication within international environment)
• Preferred experiences around 2-3 Years in sale support in foreign company (Japanese trading company preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
• Service minded, self-motivated, energetic and comfortable to work in dynamic working.
