JOB DETAIL

- Select food ingredients in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with seafood fishing grounds, aquaculture farms, related organizations, processors, and seafood suppliers.
- Conduct product development and cost calculation.
- Prepare and deliver internal product presentations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's in any related fields.
- *Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Japanese restaurants or Japanese food service businesses in one of the following roles:
1) Chef
2) or food preparation staff in a Japanese restaurant,
3) or Product development or buyer role in the food service industry serving Japanese cuisine.
- Strong in *Japanese cuisine, *particularly seafood including raw items, with the ability to distinguish differences in taste.
- Intermediate Level of English.
- *Familiar with seafood sources in Thailand, including fishing grounds, aquaculture farms, related organizations, processors, and seafood suppliers.
- Required basic proficiency in *Microsoft Excel (Not beginner level), *able to input numerical data and create simple tables or lists.
