Report to Warehouse Manager, and Thai General Manager
Subordinate: 20 - 25

- Manage and control the use of warehouse space to align with company policies.
- Coordinate with supervisors to plan and control product deliveries to customers within the required timeframe.
- Control and manage inventory storage processes according to the defined plans and targets.
- Set departmental work goals, monitor performance, evaluate results, and provide feedback to the team together with supervisors.
- Monitor the accuracy of incoming raw materials and follow up on raw material issuance to the production department according to requisition documents.
- Resolve issues during storage operations and review reports on raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
- Review summary reports on raw material receipts and issuance, and the monthly ending inventory balance.
- Develop training materials, plan, and conduct warehouse-related training for warehouse staff and relevant employees.
- Report warehouse operations to supervisors.
- Manage general administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in logistics or any related field.
- At least 3 years experience in Warehouse Operation at the management level.
- Experience with the automotive parts industry.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain at a good level.
- Intermediate level of English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Be systematic, strategic, fast learning, and able to work under pressure.
