JOB DETAIL

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors

Identify and approach new business opportunities in Thailand and overseas

Prepare and issue sales quotations, price proposals, and related commercial documents independently

Coordinate with internal departments such as production, engineering, and logistics to meet customer requirements

Achieve assigned sales targets and report sales performance to management

Collaborate with Thai and Japanese sales team members to expand business opportunities

Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and company events as required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

JLPT N1 or N2 only

Must have experience working in a Japanese organization

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Sales experience in manufacturing industries (plastic production or plastic-related products is highly preferred)

Candidates from other manufacturing sectors may be considered if their product budget level is comparable

Able to prepare quotations and manage sales processes independently

Good command of English (Thai language skill is an advantage)

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Self-motivated, independent, and able to work well in a team

Possess a valid driver’s license (company car will be provided; no driver)

No job hopper (stable work history required)
