- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets and market share goals.
- Oversee the sales process, set sales targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds these targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze and report on the performance of sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Other assigned by Management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemistry field only
- Have at least 2-3 years of sales experience in Produce Chemical Company (surface treatment is preferable) and Trading Company
- Good communication in English, Proficiency in Presentation and Report
- Driving license (car provided by the company)
