Job Description
To support our designing team in mechanical design, CAD drafting, and documentation. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and updating mechanical drawings, preparing purchasing documents, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. This position is suitable for early-career engineers who are eager to learn and grow in a trading or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise mechanical drawings using Mechanical CAD (2D and 3D)
- Support mechanical design activities under the guidance of senior engineers
- Prepare and maintain documentation for parts purchasing and update design drawings
- Support design-related paperwork and documentation for the engineering team
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and business partners as required
- Ensure drawings and documents are accurate and properly controlled
- Assist in the continuous improvement of design and documentation processes

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering in a Trading or Manufacturing company
- Experience in Mechanical CAD drafting (2D & 3D)
- Ability to prepare purchasing documents for parts and maintain updated drawings
- Able to support documentation and administrative tasks for the design team
- Good communication skills in English (Japanese language skills are an advantage)
- Highly committed, flexible, and resilient with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience coordinating with suppliers or business partners
