- Actively strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients, verify client potential, assess their specific IT pain points, and qualify opportunities to ensure a strong sales pipeline
- Provide basic technical overviews to spark interest before engaging the engineering team
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and successfully close deals
- Internally by coordinating seamlessly with the Presales, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as IT Sales (experience in software solutions sales is a plus)
- Must have a proven history of success stories and sales achievements
- Possess strong existing relationships with customers in the industry (especially System Integration clients)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
- Able to communicate in English for regional coordination and vendor communication
