JOB DETAIL
1.) Customer Claim Handling
- Handle and respond to customer claims, including preparation of CAR (Corrective Action Report) and Countermeasures Reports.
- Coordinate with related departments to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
2.) Customer Support & Technical Explanation
- Respond to customer inquiries and requirements.
- Understand APEX capability and processes and be able to clearly explain or advise customers on related processes and technical solutions.
3.) Customer Audit Support
- Support and participate in audits for new and existing customers.
- Explain company processes, quality systems, and technical information to customers during audits.
4.) Process Improvement
- Work closely with the APEX factory team to analyze and improve NG (Non-Good) issues in manufacturing processes.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
At least 1–2 years of experience in:
Manufacturing of PCB or FPC, or
Project Sales related to manufacturing/engineering products
Good communication skills in English
Japanese language skills will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and email communication
Willing and able to work overseas and up-country when required
