JOB DETAIL

- Keep customers satisfaction of company product.
- Marketing support to all dealers, implement new product, new features, product knowledge,
- Maintenance & etc. Encourage after sale service activity.
- Maintain dealer's mechanics basic knowledge, improve technical skill for short term & long term.
- Create new training course & new training material for services value added, techniques to maximize spare parts sales and profitability.
- Other support, non-technical training request such as basic parts training, more advance parts training.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Agricultural or Equivalent)
- Working experience At least 8-12 years in Hydraulic system, Electrical & Diesel Engine.
- Good efficiency level to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Proficiency level in English communication (TOEIC score 600 up), Japanese or third language will be advantage.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to detail.
- Worked in Heavy industries equipment, Automotive or Agricultural machinery.
- Have a background working with multinational companies.
- Able to travel frequently to work abroad
