Dept: Quality Control

- Prepare the work instructions related to hygiene of each branches.
- Handle any feedbacks related to overall standard of branches.
- Ensure the correctness of department's manual.　
- Coordinate with supplier regarding insects and rodents matters.
- Create and edit hygiene vdo.
- Responsible for related jobs as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in *quality control (hygiene management) in chain restaurant industry.
- Excellent in problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Intermediate Level of English and Japanese *Required JLPT N3 or higher.
