■General
Management-level responsible for overseeing overall factory operations and strategic decision-making.

■Detail
・Oversee overall factory operations including production, quality, cost, and manpower
・Lead and manage department heads to achieve operational and business targets
・Drive productivity improvement, cost control, and operational excellence initiatives
・Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company policies
・Make key operational decisions and resolve major issues at the plant level
・Report factory performance, risks, and improvement plans directly to the Managing Director (MD)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・10+ years experience related to production
・1+ years experience as Factory Manager or GM-level in organization over 200 employees
・Ever work at Japanese Company
・Japanese Intermediate（N3-N1）

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work closely with Japanese Managing Director, Japanese HQ
