JOB DETAIL

Products Details: Injection molded products, Blow molded products (plastic bottles), Packaging products.
Team Members: Sales Manager (Male, Japanese), Oversea Sales Rep. (Female)

- Follow up on purchase orders (PO) and forecast receipt through production and delivery.
- Prepare sales orders and align to Planing Dept. or related department, coordinate with the sales team and customers.
- Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery according to customer requirements.
- Negotiate about shipment schedule incase cannot meet customer requirements.
- Summarize sales volume & forecast from customers to align with company budget.
- Communicate with overseas customers via email and telephone, when required.
- Handle all the task as per assign by Sale Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- *At least 3 years pf working experience as Sales or OEM Sales from international trading or manufacturing company.
(If have sales exp. in plastics related products i.e. injection/molding bottles, packaging etc. will be an advantage).
- *Business level of English.
- Able to work on 1-2 Saturday per month (14 Sats./Calendar of year 2025, each month can choose which Saturday to work).
