- Lead and manage sales and marketing operations to achieve company targets.
- Manage pork parts sales in line with company policy, targeting 700 pigs per day, through 22 branches and wholesale channels.
- Drive sales growth to double the revenue of each branch.
- Oversee overall operations across shops, branches, and department store outlets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-At least 10 years’ experience
-Proven experience in pork parts sales management.
-Strong background in operations management across shops, branches, and shopping malls.
-Strong leadership, sales strategy, and execution skills.
-Own a car and driving license is a must due to frequent site visits.
