• Manage and control expenses and costs according to established targets, including cost reduction.
• Oversee production quality to meet required standards.
• Monitor production volume in line with established targets.
• Record and report any issues to superiors.
• Identify and implement improvements for workplace safety.
• Be aware of environmental issues and apply sustainable practices in operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles or related field.
• At least 10 years of working experience in textiles with strong expertise in the weaving process.
• At least 10 years of management experience.
• Good command of English for communication and reporting to Japanese management (TOEIC 500+).
