Number of Subordinate:

- Develop and execute purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery aligned with business objectives.
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to build strong and sustainable partnerships.
- Oversee daily purchasing operations, including purchase orders, inventory control, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- More than 10 years of working experience in purchasing from international manufacturing company.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
