Automated Warehouse Management: Plan, supervise, and oversee the operations of the automated warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency, including storage, picking, dispatching, and delivery processes.

System Control & Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the Automated Warehouse System (AWS), and implement preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and stable operations.

Sales Management: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and expand the customer base.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with related departments to ensure seamless operations and effectively meet customer requirements.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports covering warehouse operations and sales, analyze data, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or sales operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields

Strong understanding of automated warehouse systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new technologies

Excellent team leadership and negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
